  We drove all the way from Missouri on Memorial Day Weekend to put flowers on my grandparents' graves for the first time in several years. We expected to see the mowing and weed-eating freshly done especially at that time. Not only was it NOT done, but the chiggers ate me up!
  
  I know my grandparents paid for and expected their graves to be perpetually well-maintained. I am planning to contact whoever is in charge to file a complaint. My elderly mother already has her stone installed next to my grandparents' so obviously it will not be taken care of either!
  
  There is not even a sign at the entrance anymore to indicate that it is Highland Cemetery! The entire place was in shameful condition.
